The deposit is a non-refundable fee covering the time and work involved in researching and coordinating your booking. It is paid before we begin your search and is separate from the rental cost. Full deposit details are sent automatically after you submit the form.
Airbnb automatically adds a guest service fee (~14%) and local taxes on top of the base nightly rate. These are set by Airbnb and outside our control. Use our estimator above to see the full expected total before you inquire.
Pool heating is not included in the base rate. It is available as an add-on at $33/night plus applicable tax (~$35.48/night). For extended Pesach stays the electricity cost is significant and must be covered separately.
We coordinate kitchen kashering, kosher rental items, extra refrigerators or freezers, tables and chairs rental, pack-n-plays, catering referrals, and more. Note your needs in the inquiry form and we'll include pricing.
Most resort communities require the primary renter to be 25 or older. If you are between 21–24, note this in your inquiry and we will advise on available options.
Yes — this is something we actively prioritize for Pesach and Yom Tov groups. Several communities in the Reunion and ChampionsGate corridor have organized minyanim during the holiday season. Specify this in your inquiry and we'll search accordingly.
